Chase Roten

Washington High School (Washington, Okla.)---Roten was an All-State selection in baseball and football and earned Co-Athlete of the Year honors at Washington.  As a junior, Roten hit .455 and went 9-1 on the mound.  His senior season, Roten finished with a .445 batting average and perfect 9-0 record on the mound.  Upon graduation, Roten enrolled at Connors State Junior College and Cowley Country Community College before coming to SNU this fall.  At Cowley County, Roten was an All-Conference selection in the Jayhawk Conference as a designated hitter and earned All-Region honors as a DH.

Davey Haggard

Davey was a four year starter at Washington High School. As a freshman  he won freshman of the year for WHS and hit .430. He became one of the captains of the baseball team his senior year and was an All State alternate. After high school he played college ball at Northern Oklahoma College in Enid, where he graduated with an associates degree. Now he is at the University of Central Oklahoma going to school and is a G.A. for Washington High School. Davey became a believer in Christ his sophomore year of high school and strives to keep the Lord at the top of his life everyday.  Some of his hobbies are playing and watching sports with his friends, helping kids learn the game of baseball, spending time at the
lake, and hanging with family and friends.
