Time to report

Tonight, it is going to be hard to get to sleep because tomorrow evening at 5:00 p.m. the 2011 Ambassadors report for the season.  

We are so excited about what God is doing and it is just amazing to experience God's answer to the prayers we have prayed.  

Now it is time to get to work.  It is time to get focused and it is time to make sure our mission and our vision is in focus. 

The mission of A Life Worth Following and The Oklahoma City Ambassadors is to impact the lives of people through our gifts on and off the baseball field.

Our vision is to develop elite baseball teams that compete at the highest level while playing baseball tournaments around the country.  In addition, we are giving back through our nationally recognized baseball clinics and mission experiences that share Christ’s message around the world.

Off the baseball field, we want to help athletes develop a vision for the many ways the Lord wants to use their abilities to impact God’s kingdom. We believe this will not only help them while they are baseball players but will help them throughout their entire life.

On the baseball field, our athletes are gaining exposure to college coaches and scouts enabling them to move to the next level in their baseball career.

Our philosophy is very simple: We are intentionally developing great leaders and great athletes who are discovering how to live for a greater purpose. This purpose is to love God with their heart, mind, soul and strength and love their neighbor as themselves. 

Thank you so much for supporting the Ambassadors this season and we hope you not only follow our story but that you faithfully lift us to the Lord as we head out on this amazing summer long mission experience.  

We are excited to report because it truly is amazing to see these young players and coaches growing a sincere passion for the souls of men while experiencing a deepening love for God as we travel and serve.
